Hey guys!
So I'm gonna do this thing where I share a cool video with you every Monday.
You know, to give this blog some semblance of consistency.
This week I stumbled across a really cool series called Mind of a Chef, from the creators of 'No Reservations' by Anthony Bourdain. Basically they follow a chef around for a couple of episodes to give the viewer a sense of immersion in the world of a culinary heavy weight. I watched the David Chang episodes, father of the Momofuku chain of restaurants. Yes, that Momofuku. Crack pie land. It's amazing, I highly recommend any food enthusiast to watch it.
This particular video however has nothing to do with David Chang. It's this Korean lady making Kimchi. In what has to be the most entreating way ever. I invite you to sit back and enjoy this bewildering video of a woman making fermented spicy cabbage...you won't regret it.

This woman is adorable and kimchi is delicious and I need to find more of her cooking tutorials. It's the cutest way to learn to cook stuff.
